Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful and powerful way to expand your

heart energy. The Cacao helps to open your heart centre, connect

with your highest self, increase creativity, enhance intuition and

release any blocks that are holding you back in any area of your life.

Cacao is a plant medicine that is also a highly nutrient superfood.

Cacao ceremonies provide a safe and sacred space where you can

open your heart and mind. Setting clear intentions for the ceremony

will help you to fully expand your consciousness and raise your energy

vibration to a higher level. We will have a short meditation before we

enter the deeper Gong Bath experience, which will greatly enhance the flow of energy around us.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on and a blanket to keep you warm and cosy, also a bottle

of water to keep you hydrated.
