Opening up to Spirituality

When you begin to understand the spiritual world and how it moves hand in hand with the physical world, your life will begin to change considerably. So many new things will come into your life, and so many things will take your interest; metaphysical, esoteric and spiritual. This workshop will give you a safe place to explore how esoteric practice will enhance spirituality. 
We will spend the day gently opening up to spirit through discussion, guided meditation, discovering our energy field, dowsing, dowsing auras, understanding the chakras, and other techniques. 
£50 for the day including refreshments. 
£10 deposit to reserve your place.

Healing the Healer

Are you always giving to others and forgetting to look after yourself? Today we will immerse ourselves in healing energy: in light, in colour, in sound, and of course a few crystals! Meditations also.
Clear and brighten your energetic field, your aura, remove any stagnant energy you are holding within you, let go of the aches and pains, and relax.
Receive healing for yourself, and learn healing techniques to use with your own clients.
Followed by Sound Bath - optional.
